Returns & Exchanges

Atelier New York offers returns on full-price merchandise within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached. Please note that all sale items and intimate apparel are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 7 days of receiving your order.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside the provided shipping box to ensure protection during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the pre-paid UPS return label provided with your RA confirmation to the outside of the package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized UPS location and retain your drop-off receipt; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt.
